Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, scalable AI and machine learning systems capable of supporting enterprise growth and future data demands.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Prototype and implement cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Modeling) to stay ahead of the competition.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and technical growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
