Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI systems architectures for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Model Strategy: Collaborate with research teams to select and fine-tune the most effective large language models (LLMs) for specific enterprise applications.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of ML pipelines, focusing on latency reduction and computational efficiency.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical execution of the 2026 product roadmap, translating abstract concepts into concrete, deliverable code.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI capabilities into client-facing solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
