Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems, ensuring high performance and fault tolerance for Project 2026.
- Research & Development: Drive research into novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of large-scale models to production environments, utilizing containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and ethicists to define technical roadmaps and ensure AI solutions align with business goals.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, implementing A/B testing strategies to validate improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures is highly preferred.
- Infrastructure: Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems design.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
