Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise deployment.
- Ethical AI Strategy: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Multimodal AI and Neural Symbolic Computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML frameworks.
- AI Expertise: Extensive experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
