Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade production environments by 2026.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists to research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 technological horizon.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale machine learning systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning tools (MLflow, DVC).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, fairness, and transparency in algorithmic design.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
