Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging technologies and trends to position Nexus at the forefront of innovation.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the development of high-performance machine learning models and distributed systems capable of handling massive data loads.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and technical depth in deep learning and NLP.
- Ensure Ethical Standards: Implement robust frameworks for AI fairness, transparency, and accountability to ensure responsible deployment of intelligent agents.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
