Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement distributed machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Pilot Future Tech: Research and prototype emerging technologies expected to dominate the market in 2026, including Neuro-Symbolic AI and Quantum-Enhanced ML.
- Optimize Inference Latency: Engineer high-performance models that operate efficiently on edge devices and massive server farms simultaneously.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead internal hackathons and R&D projects focused on Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous safety and bias protocols to ensure AI deployment is responsible and transparent.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing microservices architectures and cloud-native ML pipelines (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical problems and translate them into robust software solutions.
