Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and implementation.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure architectural best practices are followed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
