Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI/ML infrastructure, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-Agent systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Lead the migration and integration of existing systems into modern, cloud-native AI architectures.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure code quality and system resilience.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate abstract AI concepts into concrete technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI applications with high availability.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
