Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures for next-generation AI models.
- Lead the research and integration of multi-modal learning frameworks.
- Define technical strategies for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on autonomy and efficiency.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
