- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) designed for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, and frontend engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience designing and scaling distributed AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
