Responsibilities
- Design Scalable AI Infrastructures: Architect robust, scalable, and secure systems for large-scale machine learning and deep learning models.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for future AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Pioneering Research: Experiment with emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines, model training, and inference engines to ensure high performance.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into deployable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and generative models.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex technical challenges and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
