- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 'Year 2026' Horizon project, integrating cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions.
- Hybrid System Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to architect hybrid AI models that leverage classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Model Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques, including pruning, quantization, and knowledge distillation, to ensure efficiency on edge devices.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, ViT).
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex distributed systems capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured, high-level problems in ambiguous environments.
