Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models (LLMs) to solve real-world business problems.
- Architect scalable, high-performance data pipelines and inference systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define AI product roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous experiments to optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research to implement novel techniques and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Seldon).
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and model evaluation metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
