Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and optimize inference performance to reduce latency and cost.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- MLOps: Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training, testing, and deployment of models.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging AI trends and evaluating their potential application in our products.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud: Proven track record deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
