Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for implementing Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI technologies and research papers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems and MLOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
