Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead architectural decisions for AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate research into production-ready features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, production-grade AI applications.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
