Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure to support the 2026 product roadmap.
- Design and optimize large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and deployment pipelines for all AI models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or generative models.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, production-ready AI systems.
