Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics, and model transparency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
