Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI models and infrastructure pipelines optimized for high-volume production environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define technical strategies for the 2026 technology stack, including LLM integration and edge computing solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously improve model inference speed and accuracy using advanced optimization techniques and hardware acceleration.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor.
- Ethics & Safety: Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety protocols to prevent bias and ensure fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Modeling: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Deployment: Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and model serving frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
