Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and AI pipelines from concept to production.
- Research and implement novel architectures for Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference for real-time applications and edge devices to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
