Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models optimized for high-scale production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and diffusion models, tailored for future-proof applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency to ensure seamless integration with next-gen edge computing devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards for data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
