Your Mission:

Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and fairness in Generative AI models.
- Model Deployment: Deploy models to production environments using containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure real-time latency requirements are met.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the AI research team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Big Data: Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
