Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce token costs for large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into production-ready AI features.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, bias mitigation, and safety alignment.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, Transformer architectures, and attention mechanisms.
- Experience deploying models to production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
