Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure using Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of custom Generative AI models, including fine-tuning pre-trained models and developing novel architectures.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices to ensure seamless model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- RAG & NLP: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the accuracy and context-awareness of AI outputs.
- Ethical AI: Champion responsible AI practices, focusing on bias mitigation, data privacy, and explainability in all model deployments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams and stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
