What You Will Do:
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art foundation models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for production deployment.
- Architect scalable data pipelines for training and evaluation datasets.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Partner with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and implementation of novel generative algorithms.
- Ensure production stability and accuracy of deployed AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Research and implement advanced techniques in prompt engineering and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of deep learning frameworks and optimization techniques.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Strong background in statistics and linear algebra.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
