Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale foundation models for specific industry verticals.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into consumer products.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, evaluation, and safety alignment.
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source communities.
- Lead technical architecture reviews for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, Llama, GPT architectures) and RAG pipelines.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
