Responsibilities

- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of models to cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and real-time inference.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications and engineering roadmaps.
- R&D Leadership: Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating the latest advancements (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models) into our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of distributed computing and GPU optimization.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity problems with creative, scalable engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
