Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core machine learning models for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Engineering) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning and NLP to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
