Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for next-generation AI applications.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and Continual Learning algorithms.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency environments, ensuring real-time performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
