- Develop Ethical Frameworks: Architect comprehensive guidelines and standards for AI governance, specifically tailored for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Conduct Bias Audits: Implement rigorous testing protocols to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias in large-scale machine learning models.
- Regulatory Strategy: Monitor evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US Executive Orders) and translate them into actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical risks into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership, board members, and external regulators.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with legal teams to draft privacy policies, data usage agreements, and algorithmic transparency reports.
- Training & Culture: Spearhead internal workshops to foster a culture of ethical awareness and responsibility across all technical departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field with a focus on Ethics.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science, or regulatory compliance within the tech sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Experience with GDPR, CCPA, or similar data privacy frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating regulatory trends and proactively addressing ethical risks.
