Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using adversarial testing methodologies
- Develop explainability protocols for quantum-enhanced decision models
- Collaborate with neuro-symbolic AI teams to encode ethical constraints in hybrid systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability
- Author technical ethics documentation for regulatory compliance (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Research emerging ethical challenges in post-human AI interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in adversarial ML bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications for AI ethics
- Proficiency in implementing fairness metrics across diverse datasets
