In this role, you will lead the development of our flagship platform, integrating next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) with ultra-responsive user interfaces. Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs that leverage GenAI to deliver intelligent, predictive user experiences.
- Lead Frontend Innovation: Push the boundaries of modern web technologies (React, WebGPU, Three.js) to create immersive, spatial interfaces for complex data.
- Model Integration: Integrate and fine-tune proprietary and open-source LLMs to automate complex workflows and enhance product capabilities.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize application latency and rendering speeds to ensure seamless experiences on high-bandwidth networks and edge devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers in best practices for AI architecture, security, and scalable system design.
- Roadmap Contribution: actively participate in technical discovery sessions to define the technical trajectory for our 2026 product releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks. Experience with WebGL or 3D graphics libraries is a major plus.
- Backend & AI: Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go, with practical experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
- Architecture: Proven ability to design distributed systems, APIs, and database schemas that handle high concurrency and data integrity.
- Cloud Native: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
