Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for complex, real-world problems.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including LLMs, Vector Databases, and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive product innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI deployment, ensuring high performance and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency for global deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
