Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Generative AI models tailored for enterprise solutions.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for the engineering department, specifically focusing on 2026 technological milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience).
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in LLM fine-tuning or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
