Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive modeling tailored for high-volume 2026 environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithms and infrastructure to ensure maximum throughput, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, algorithmic bias mitigation, and AI safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
