Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable software architectures that align with our 2026 strategic technology roadmap.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core business operations to drive automation and efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions for complex data processing tasks.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies and validate their potential for production use.
- Crisis Management: Lead the technical response to critical incidents, ensuring system stability and minimal downtime during high-load events.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Knowledge: Strong foundation in machine learning concepts, NLP, or Computer Vision, with experience implementing these in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to decompose complex problems into actionable technical requirements and drive them to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, agile environments and delivering high-quality software on tight deadlines.
