Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI infrastructure, integrating generative models with next-gen hardware.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architecture capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithms for future quantum processors.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and safe for deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and fostering innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture or high-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated interest or experience in Quantum Computing, Blockchain, or Neural Interfaces.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
