Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on AI advancements leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging areas such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies that could impact our industry in the near future.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into core business operations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technical leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
