Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging AI trends and technological shifts to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility of new AI technologies and determine the best path for implementation.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of AI strategies on business growth.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or AI product management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
