Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI architecture, machine learning engineering, or systems design.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in high-growth, innovative environments.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and deep reinforcement learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
