In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for our 2026 roadmap, designing scalable systems that push the boundaries of neural networks and deep learning.
As a key member of our elite technical team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, efficient, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure, focusing on long-term sustainability and future-proofing for the 2026 era.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced deep learning models, optimizing for accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints, guiding the engineering team in implementation.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing cloud ecosystems, ensuring high availability and security standards.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, reducing latency and improving inference times.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and design robust systems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
