Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the architecture for our next-generation Generative AI products, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for training efficiency and model inference.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research to implement state-of-the-art techniques.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Deep understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
