Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for large-scale production environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision modules.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating state-of-the-art research into our product suite.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
