Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of complex machine learning systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art Deep Learning models (LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP).
- Infrastructure: Partner with DevOps teams to optimize MLOps pipelines, reducing latency and improving model inference speeds.
- Strategic Vision: Define the 2026 AI strategy, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineering to ensure high-quality data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
