Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and model training workflows.
- Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs, etc.).
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards in all development processes.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps principles and model deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping impactful AI products.
