Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-traffic production environments.
- Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency to ensure real-time performance.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative AI strategies for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
