Responsibilities
- Lead AI Architecture: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative model architectures that drive product innovation.
- Model Optimization: Enhance model performance, reduce latency, and optimize inference costs for real-time applications.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in LLMs, Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- MLOps Implementation: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring reproducibility and automated deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering leads to define technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of NLP and Large Language Models.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building production-level AI systems.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
