Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, distributed machine learning systems and pipelines capable of handling massive datasets.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of model inference speed and accuracy to ensure real-time performance.
- Strategic Vision: Align AI initiatives with business goals to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
