Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning pipelines and infrastructures.
- Roadmap Planning: Strategically plan the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging technologies like generative AI and edge computing.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model training, fine-tuning, and deployment (MLOps) to ensure optimal performance and latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and business leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
